Return/Exchange Request Period
1. Customers must notify us within 5 days of receiving the item (based on the delivery date shown in the tracking system).

2. Conditions for Returns
 2.1 The item has undisclosed defects, such as unreported holes (small or large), unreported stains, or damaged parts/accessories not mentioned in the product description.

 2.2 Sizing issues Applicable only for items priced over 250 THB or 8 USD (excluding shipping). The item must be returned in original condition, including box and any accessories.

3. Return Procedure
 3.1 Customers must record a video clip while unboxing the package for the first time, showing the product condition clearly. This video will serve as proof that the item was not damaged by the customer.

 3.2 Contact us via the website, email, or other provided channels to submit the return request and evidence.

 3.3 Wait for confirmation from our team.

 3.4 Return the item customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

 3.5 Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will issue a full refund (excluding shipping fees).
